Miss Retro Vintage 2024.

There were winners all-round with the high standard of this years entrants for the Waiau Pa Hop Miss Retro Vintage 2024 pageant.

Every contestant had their family and friends on hand for support as well as the strong crowd. The sun shone all day and so did the 16 stunning ladies who took part.

Our very own Kim-Maree Osbourne looking fabulous in Pink officiated the proceedings.

Miss Elsie-Jane took out the 1st spot with Miss Brická Diction in 2nd and Miss Scarlett in 3rd.

Miss Junior Vintage was won by Kenzie-Dawn Dulcee Hogan aka Miss Dulcee Deluxe.

The Judges, Veni Posa and Trudie Clarke had a very difficult time deciding with a recall to the stage, to determine the winners.

We thank all Entrants and look forward to seeing you all plus new contestants in 2025 bigger and better.

10,00am Gates close to registered vehicles
10.00am Event open to the public with variety of food and market stalls.
10.15am Elvis Tribute Show begins
11.00am The Franklin Rockers Dance Group
11.20am Miss Retro Vintage Fashion Competition
12.45pm All Car Voting closes
Silent Auction Closes
1.00pm Prize giving presentation

Registrations are now open go to the register page.

While registrations are Free we ask for a donation to assist with costs. The Waiau Pa Hop Trust is a Charitable Trust registered with the IRD with donee status

EFTPOS/Cash-out facilities will be available at the event.

We look forward to welcoming a wide variety of Classic and Hot Rod vehicles, Last year over 200 vehicles attended for a great day at the beach.

Food stalls and Market stalls will once again be in attendance and the bar at the Clarks Beach Yacht club will be open from 10am. Elvis Tribute Show, Franklin Rockers and a silent auction will entertain you throughout the day. Gates open at 8am for registered cars.

Registrations close at 8am on the 6th April 2024. No registrations will be available on the day. Non registered cars are welcome and can park on Torkar Road but will not be allowed entrance to the event.

Registrations received prior to Midnight on the 27th March 2024 will have a registration sticker mailed.

Registrations between 28th March and 6th April 2024 will be required to show and print a certificate on windscreen or show confirmation email at entrance.
